Hey guys,

Just doin my regular check in. Well it sort of makes it irregular but just so you know, I am back @ uni to complete my degree. Ed and I thought, it is best I complete my studies before venturing off into the working world. I've been extremely busy with assignments again, forgive me for not updating my little space online. Im home!

Sheesh, 3 months seemed like forever and now a little part of me is missing it.

Now it's back to work OR maybe uni.

Im home in coventry with my fiance :)

Super long flight back, the last few days were awesome.

I guess, i will not be blogging as much now that we're all back in touch.

The aftermath

Guess What! Well no, Im not gonna shout about the proposal anymore, in fact I haven't even told you how it all happened. But the picture below should say enough for now, let me save that for later BUT guess what! Dad got this call from one of our friends in Thailand informing us that someone had posted some of my stuff back to them *im guessing after finding julie's dad's business card in my bag. Apparently it was found nearby a dump yard by the beach.

As you can imagine, my passport, money, mobile and camera is gone but no one really mentioned anything about my favourite Dior eyeliner :)

Im go glad, atleast some part of it is being return.

This day is GREAT!

Watching 'F.R.I.E.N.D.S' make me miss my own. I will be returning to Coventry soon *wootz
And so..Ill be looking forward to my welcome home party my dearest besties*hints

So, I heard from Ed. And such a bummer, I found out he reads my blog. Wat an ass, he never said anything before. Anyhuu...He's decided to come home for the summer! So i guess... there is some sort of light at the end of the tunnel. We really want to work things out and be together :)

Things are looking a whole load better,Im super excited. Heading to KL tomorrow with my sister....still no camera, I have been busy taking mental pictures. This really sucks - hell I should have uploaded them onto my facebook right away. Anyhow, Ive been approached to VJ an event. Pritik my cousin knows this guy who does events, and in August 2010, they are looking for someone to host a series of events in Singapore. I lurve Singapore so without hesitation, I jumped on board. It seems pretty promising, and I am now really thinking of leaving uni and pursuing something I am really interested in.

Lamb Curry!

Yup! You guessed right, we're at grams and this is the long awaited Lamb Curry, one of grams specialties. Never tastes different, and couldn't taste better!
It's crazy amazing, how grams has had the same set of porcelain plates since I was like 5.
Infact, all my other uncles and aunts have the same thing in their homes too. WTF!
I think it is an Asian thing..
*rolls eyes

Being back in Malaysia brings back a truckload of memories,
Although I was born in Coventry, we used to come back to Malaysia (where my parents grew up) quite a bit.....until highschool, boys....you know!

When we were young, we'd drive up to the islands up north to spend the weekends
by the beach which actually explains why I am such a beach bum. The sister and I were wondering if we should rent a card and drive up to Pennang but shes still suffering from her bad fall, we thought we might just give it a few more days. The flight from Bangkok to Malaysia was not too bad. We flew air asia, a low cost carrier, so there is not much you can complain about.
Would I do Thai again? Hmmm....

So if you are wondering, what happened to 'us', as expected we did our goodbyes.
A lot of tears, a lot of regrets but I think the only way Im gonna get through it, is if I left it back in Thailand. And I've gotta say...Im doing pretty well..

The weather here in Malaysia, like expected is stinking hot and this town is super boring.
On Thursday, my big sister and i will travel to the city, KL to spend the weekend there.
Our long lost cousin pritik is coming too. Man he looks so different, I was so shocked to see him.
Pretty awkward but he has this 'Andrew Garcia' from American Idol thing going on....
Anyways, he seems pretty cool, so the next few days can't be that bad!

Besides the awesomatic dinner prepared by grams and the meet and greet from the fam, it's been a pretty normal day. I still havent been able to get a new camera, silly me for not uploading it right away, I lost all my pixies when I got robbed! :(

It's such a heartache, makes me wanna cry everytime i think about it.

On a brighter note, my sister managed to convince me to get a Blackberry.
Well of coz to replace the one that I lost. It's been pretty alright, I still got a lot of numbers to recover so please guys, text me your number. I have dropped you guys a message on facebook with my current number.

Nightmares!

I haven't been able to sleep much lately, causing huge dark circles to form around my eyes
After many hours of tossing and turning in bed last night I managed to catch some sleep but woke up with cramps the size of Russia, and a killer headache from the vodka yesterday!
Everything feels wrong!
This young, bubbly, friendly person, is slowly losing herself...
Maybe it's the boyfriend, maybe I'm still pretty shaken up by the robbery.
It really just upsets me!

Ed's been so sweet lately, I can't believe it's our last night together.

I feel like just crawling in a hole, and not coming out.
I've got to admit, I was fully aware of how this was going to end, and I did bring it on myself
BUT life is so unfair!

How is it, when I was in the UK, I never met someone this perfect.
Another chapter of my life I will always cherish.
Mum told me yesterday, there are many more fish in the sea,
But really are there?

Gosh, this vacation is turning out to be one hell of a disaster.
I really wish we didnt have to go to Malaysia, Bali and Goa before we head back to Coventry.
Missing my best buds, Jess, Char and Adrian..
If only you knew, how much I wished you could have met him.

Anyways, like always, life goes on...

Moving forward to a brighter day...

The weather in Thailand is killing me, I can feel cancer growing under my skin -Teehee!!
Spent the whole morning sorting out my passport issues, people here take super long to get things done! Surprising eh? :) Anyhow on a brighter note, it is the weekend better still it's EASTER on Sunday! Unfortunately we couldnt get tickets home in time for Easter but we should be in grams by Monday night. Finally, i will get to meet my long lost cousin Pritik!He's been away from Malaysia for quite sometime now, I wonder if he's still as dorky as I remember him to be. Anyways, off to have a round of beers now! Ed and I will part in 3 days.....

Here we go again...

Hey everyone..

Sorry for the lack of updates! Let's just say the past few days just hasn't been too breezy in Krabi.

Our holiday here started off, so smooth and everything seemed so perfect, right until I got ROBBED! You think you only read it than hear about it, but then you never think it'll happen to you. Things got worst when my sister had a bad fall on Tue night to dins and Ed and I had the hugest argument ever! The parents are overwhelmed and considering cutting short our vacation. *hence the fights between me and my holiday boyfriend*...So pretty much, everyone has been under the weather!

We return to Malaysia to visit grams in some very deserted town called Alur Setar next week. 'Oh what a joy!' but I really am looking forward to her lamb curry, she makes the best!It's totally wicked, everytime we have it we try convincing her to come live with us in Coventry.

Tomorrow, my 'good friday' will be spent trying to sort out some immigration stuff, since I lost my passport when I got robbed, lucky me...my phone was in my pocket when my bag got snatched! :(

I fear so much now, I think id rather spend the rest of my days here in Krabz under the sheets with a book. I've decided to quit stressing over the 'long distance' issue and just let it go. If Ed and I were meant to work out, I am pretty sure it will....

At this point,I cant wait to be home!

Very very emotional....i wish i had my friends with me..

Krabi is so perfect! Im loving it....and feeling a whole lot better already!I think i was kinda seasick before.

Whats happening, Rheen?

Currently I feel like a digital alien more like a web dinosaur! Recently acquainted with the ever so popular Facebook and Blograma, I am now more attached to my darling friends and family.
Jess and Charmaine, I cant wait to show you my pixies!
And the new man :P
I miss home but coming back will only mean I have to leave him....

Nevertheless, thank god I've take 3 months off to travel. Traveling this time around with the family has been one heck of an eye opener! I feel different, I feel fancier and I feel all grown up.

My trip to Thailand, Malaysia, and soon to be Indonesia & India, has had it's ups and downs.
I've been missing home lately, however getting back to uni is gonna be one hell of a bitch!

I cant wait to sort out my pictures so I can show you all the amazing moments Ive had overseas!
And not forgetting the new boy....:)
